FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? All Kait and Toby pieces are custom made to order.  We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible, but you should expect production and shipping to take approximately 2-3 weeks.  

WHERE DO I SELECT A CHARITY TO RECEIVE THE DONATION?  Charity selections are made in your shopping cart. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO BUY MORE THAN ONE NECKLACE AND DONATE TO SEPARATE CHARITIES? Our donation program only allows for one charity donation per purchase.  If you are purchasing more than one necklace at a time and you would like to select multiple charities, please contact us prior to ordering at info@kaitandtoby.com. 

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?  We can provide rushed shipping; however, we cannot guarantee that your item will be delivered by a certain date.  Please contact us prior to placing an order if you have a specific delivery deadline. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?  We accept most major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?  Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. 

CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?  Unfortunately we cannot ship to a P.O. Box as our preferred shipping method is via UPS, and they do not deliver to P.O. box addresses. 

CAN I FIND KAIT AND TOBY PIECES IN STORE?  At this time, all Kait and Toby pieces are only available for purchase through our website.  

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?  Kait and Toby hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm EST.
